Refund Policy

We want to be a customer-driven organization. Hence, every decision and policy guideline of ours is to make customers solar purchases happy. It is not possible without a superior customer experience. That's why we keep our return and cancellation policy transparent for faster resolution.

Transit damage
Small packets & Big/Heavy Shipments are sent through FedEx, GATI, Ecom Express, Delhivery and Bluedart courier, If any item is found damaged during transit in that case, the following action will be taken

For minor damage, Refund 20% of the product value.
For major damage, refund 50% of the product value.
Wrong item delivery
We dispatch hundreds of packets every day, and our people can make mistakes, In case, the wrong item has been delivered, the following action will be taken, The wrong item will be taken back. Once, the item reaches to UrbanUrja warehouse, the full amount will be refunded. Meanwhile, customers can go for fresh purchases to get the same item.
 

Cancellation while the product is in transit:
We usually ship products the next day, with the intent to deliver the item within 3-7 days across India, Once, the article starts travelling, cancellation of the existing order will attract 10% cancellation charges.

Cancellations due to unavoidable reasons:
There are times when some unavoidable reason occurs, In case, the order Id has been generated and paid partially, the Cancellation of the existing order will attract 10% cancellation charges of the total product value.

Cancellation due to non-performance of the solar system:
There are many factors which impact the efficiency of solar systems such as the electricity situation in the city, how panels are installed, electrical parameters etc. Once, the system is installed, it can not be taken back.
