  1. How do I create an account on your website? You can create an account by clicking on the "Sign Up" button on the top right corner of the homepage. Fill in the required details and click "Register".

  3. What payment options are available? We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and for B2B-GST-Invoice orders only bank transfers are accepted.

  4. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. For city or metros estimated delivery time is 3-5days.

  5. How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.

  8. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. If, item: not as described or different from ordered product model or found in  broken/damaged condition. Dont worry, we master the art of packaging & all our shipments are well packaged and we encourage buyers to make/record uncut unboxing-video same day when items was delivered to you by courier company. Before handing over the return shipment make sure the item must be unused and in its original packaging with all contents. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
